Deposits and Payment Terms:

We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. Payments can be made via bank transfer or cheque and must be received within 48 hours (7 days for cheque) to secure your booking date. Once your deposit is paid that amount will be deducted from your final payment. The final payment will then be due at least 14 days before the hire date.

All payments made will be treated as a booking fee and as such, non refundable.

Cancellations:

All cancellations must be made via formal email.

If you decide to cancel for any reason prior to 14 day of the hire date no further payments will be required. If you decide to cancel within 14 days of your hire date then the remaining balance will be due within 48 hours of the cancellation notification date. This is without exception due to the reservation of kit, time and staff organisation and administrative work.

In certain circumstances, an admin fee may be charged if more than 30 minutes is spent on a booking for it to be cancelled without a booking fee being paid.

Please note: It is the hirers responsibility to check the space required for the tanks. We require an area isolated from the public. This can be achieved using barriers, fencing etc. If this is not viable to do by yourselves we can provide mesh and road pin fencing but this must be organised prior to the booking.

We cannot operate on solid surfaces such as concrete or tarmac due to damage of the rubber tracks. Most other surfaces are fine but if in doubt please check. Grass, Mud, Woodchip and Gravel are perfect. An incline or rough terrain should be fine, however please Contact Us first to confirm this.

All persons using the tanks will be directed by the staff present on the day and must do as they are instructed, failure to do so maybe dangerous and result in being asked to leave the area. All seat belts and safety equipment must be worn at all times. Only one person per tank. Our staff have final say at all times.
